Emaar has introduced Alva, the latest residential launch within The Valley.
Alva brings a new collection of spacious 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses, continuing the
expansion of The Valley along Dubai–Al Ain Road.
One of the most noticeable differences with Alva is space. The new homes are larger than many
of the townhouse products previously released within The Valley, with 3-bedroom homes
averaging around 2,788 sq.ft. and 4-bedroom homes around 3,081 sq.ft.
